Mr. Andrews moved to Colorado in 2003, and attended the University of Denver where he earned a Juris Doctor, and later an LLm in Taxation (Masters Degree in Taxation).

Following law school and the University of Denver’s graduate tax program Mr. Andrews went into law practice, practicing personal injury law both from the Plaintiff’s side as well as from the Defense perspective. Over Mr. Andrews’ long legal career he has experience practicing law in the areas of: auto and trucking liability and litigation, personal injury, premises liability, medical malpractice, construction defect, commercial litigation, residential and commercial liability, subrogation and indemnification, bankruptcy law, tax conflict resolution, tax controversy, and tax dispute resolution, general liability and general liability defense, as well as criminal defense - focusing on DUI and DWUD defense representation.

  • What sets Mr. Andrews apart is his concern and compassion for his clients. Mr. Andrews has extensive experience battling with insurance companies and winning large awards for his clients. Mr. Andrews also knows that the practice of personal injury law is more than just a battling against insurance companies to ensure that they pay out large settlements and jury awards for his clients.

A great Plaintiff’s personal injury lawyer cares about people first. Caring about people means understanding how an injury affects the life of the injury victim.

A great personal injury attorney understands the emotional, personal, and economic costs associated for the injured person as well as the affect and the toll that the injury has on the injury victim’s family, their work life, and their social life. A great personal injury attorney takes the time to get to know their clients, and the families of their clients. No personal injury occurs in a bubble, there is a ripple effect that also affects people and the close personal relationships that the injured party has cultivated in their lives.

Mr. Andrews knows and understands the costs to both the individual and their families when a loved one is seriously injured due to the negligence of another person. He knows how to maximize settlements and jury awards by really getting to know his clients, their associated injuries, the emotional toll that the injury has had on them. He understands the challenges and difficulties that they will face during their recovery in the weeks, months, and years following an accident or other injury.

The practice of law is an art and not a science. Like any art, a mastery of that art takes patience, skill, and time, but most of all dedication and experience to achieve a mastery of this craft. Mr. Andrews has put in the time, effort, and dedication to become a great advocate for his clients, his nearly two decades of experience are a testament to this great opus. Mr. Andrews understands that the life of an injured person is a many-colored mosaic, where each piece of that life has great value, and touches and supports the other pieces surrounding it. Telling an injured client’s story by painting whole picture if you will, for a jury, the storytelling that is involved in relaying for a jury how their injuries have affected their lives, and the lives of their families and loved ones now, and in the future takes a special kind of lawyer; Mr. Andrews is that kind of lawyer.
